According to its official website, ABF Trade is a forex and CFD brokerage operated by Limassol-based ABF Trade EU Limited (formerly X Global Markets Ltd; 162 Fragklinou Rousvelt), which says it is authorised and regulated by CySEC under licence 171/12. The company says it is registered via the MiFID passport with the KNF in Poland and with BaFin in Germany (BaFin ID 132843), and with the regulators of the other EEA countries. CFDs on forex (42), precious metals (6), energy (3), soft commodities (7), indices (18) and shares (149) are offered on the Windows, iOS and Android versions of MetaTrader 5. There are four account types: Start (minimum 500 EUR), Standard (1,000 EUR), Premium/Pro (2,000 EUR) and Absolute (50,000 EUR); account currencies are USD, EUR and PLN. Maximum leverage for retail clients is 1:30 on major currency pairs; professional clients may receive different margin levels. Deposits by card, bank transfer and e-wallet are free of charge. Client funds are held in segregated accounts and the company is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund.
