According to its official website, Advanced Markets is a prime-of-prime (PoP) provider founded in 2006 that offers institutional-grade liquidity and trading solutions. The site is owned by Advanced Markets LLC, incorporated in the United States (Charlotte, North Carolina), and operated by Advanced Markets (UK) Ltd; it says Advanced Markets LLC does not provide any regulated activities anywhere. Services are provided by Advanced Markets (UK) Ltd (FRN 777739), which the site says is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom; according to Companies House the company was incorporated in 2017, and the site says it has been FCA-regulated since 2018. Services are provided only to clients who qualify as professional clients or eligible counterparties, and according to the FAQ retail clients are not served. The site says the group is backed by BGC Group, has prime brokerage relationships with UBS and Standard Chartered and routes orders through a fully automated STP model. It provides brokers, hedge funds, trading desks and family offices with liquidity in forex, spot metals, commodities and cash, futures and crypto CFDs via FIX API, bridges such as Fortex, PrimeXM and oneZero, and Fortex 6, MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.
