The parent, Allfunds Bank, S.A.U., is a credit institution headquartered in Madrid and regulated by the Bank of Spain (Banco de España); it is authorised by the CNMV as a broker and fund distributor. The site says it has branches in London, Milan, Singapore, Paris, Warsaw, Luxembourg, Zurich and Stockholm; Allfunds Bank, S.A.U., London Branch is registered in England and Wales under number FC26760. Alongside fund distribution and dealing services, the platform offers model portfolios, fund analytics and due diligence, an ETF trading platform and blockchain-based fund distribution; its services are aimed at institutional clients only. According to the Bank of England list and the FCA register, Allfunds Bank S.A.U is authorised by the PRA to accept deposits through its London branch and is regulated by the FCA and the PRA.
