It offers order-book trading in Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana, USDT and many other crypto-assets against xZAR (rand) and USDT, quick Easy Buy/Sell, the Easy Save savings service that pays rewards on xZAR, ACT Pay and ACT Buy services and a Proof of Reserves page; trading fees are tiered by 30-day volume (Tier 1: maker 0.50%, taker 0.60%). Rand deposits can be made by EFT, cash and card, with fees varying by method. Alongside the web platform there are iOS, Android and Huawei apps and an API. According to its terms and conditions, the platform is operated by AltCoinTrader (Pty) Ltd (2015/418624/07), incorporated in South Africa; the company is a fully licensed crypto asset service provider and an authorised financial services provider (FSP 53614).
