According to its official website, Argonaut is an integrated investment house that has served companies and investors in the resources sector for more than 20 years, headquartered in Perth with an office in Sydney. The group parent is Argonaut Limited; brokerage services are provided by Argonaut Securities Pty Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Argonaut Limited and holder of AFSL 274099. Services include advisory and corporate finance, stockbroking, research, institutional sales, special situations financing and funds management. The site says its stockbroking arm serves retail, wholesale, corporate and high-net-worth clients, is a Trading Participant of the ASX, NSX and Cboe, gives eligible investors access to capital raisings and placements, and provides access to the US, Canadian and UK markets through a nominee service. According to its Financial Services Guide, ASX and Cboe trades are cleared and settled by FinClear Services Pty Ltd. Clients can track their portfolios through the Argonaut Client Portal.
