According to its official website, Baytukum is a Dubai-based real estate investment platform that lets investors acquire fractional ownership in professionally managed Dubai properties. According to the site and its app description, investments start from AED 1,000; the company handles the purchase, management and sale of each property, and investors share in rental income and in capital appreciation on sale. Its ReVest service offers automated monthly investment plans starting from AED 1,000 per month, and the site says it also supports investors with the Golden Visa process. According to its disclosures page, investor funds are held in segregated accounts with regulated banking partners and title is held for investors through a special purpose vehicle (SPV) set up for each property; fees are disclosed in each property's offering memorandum. Baytukum Tech Ltd, which operates the platform, is a DIFC company authorised by the DFSA under reference F006796; its DFSA register entry permits only operating a property crowdfunding platform and carries endorsements to serve retail clients and hold client assets.
