According to its official website, Bibby Foreign Exchange (Bibby FX) is the foreign exchange service of Bibby Financial Services, an invoice finance provider operating since 1982 and part of the family-owned Bibby Line Group founded in 1807; the group says it funds more than 8,500 businesses across nine countries in Europe and Asia. Bibby Foreign Exchange Limited is listed in the FCA register as an Authorised Payment Institution (FRN 671893). The service is for businesses: international payments at competitive rates, forward contracts to lock in rates (no deposit subject to credit assessment, otherwise a 10% deposit), same-day conversion and transfer, a dedicated dealer and a 24/7 trading portal; it trades all major and minor currencies and some niche ones, and can be combined with invoice finance.
