Bilderlings Pay Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an electronic money institution (900637); group company Bilderlings US, Inc. is said to be registered with FinCEN as a money services business and licensed by the Delaware Office of the State Bank Commissioner as a money transmitter (042022), while Bilderlings SIA in Latvia is an IT support company; the companies are owned by Bilderlings Holding SIA. The site offers businesses, fintechs, freelancers and individuals accounts and payments (SWIFT, SEPA Instant), FX in EUR, USD, GBP and CNY, virtual IBANs, open banking, Mastercard cards, company formation support and term deposits through a partner bank; it says USDT and USDC services are provided by a US-licensed partner crypto exchange.
