The platform is operated by Binance Turkey Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş., based in Şişli, Istanbul; according to the SPK list, the company's former name is BN Teknoloji A.Ş. The company states that it uses the Binance brand under a licence from the relevant Binance company and that this authorisation does not constitute a partnership or joint venture.
