According to its official website, Buckzy is a real-time cross-border payment network and embedded finance platform developed by Buckzy Payments Inc., founded in 2018. The site says Buckzy Payments Inc. is registered as a money services business with FINTRAC in Canada (M18404307) and that the UK company Buckzy Payments Limited is registered with the FCA as an Authorised Payment Institution (925620); the UK company's registered address is in London (5 New Street Square). Services are aimed at financial institutions, fintechs, e-commerce marketplaces and multinational companies: real-time cross-border payouts to bank accounts and digital wallets (Global Payout Network), collections through local payment methods and card acquiring in more than 40 countries (Global Payins Network), banking-as-a-service (BaaS) including multi-currency accounts, treasury and liquidity management and FX management, card issuing and acquiring, and fintech-as-a-service with more than 200 APIs.
