According to its official website, Damisa is a B2B payment, settlement and treasury infrastructure founded in December 2024 for businesses moving capital across borders. The site states that it operates on regulated stablecoin rails across more than 70 currencies in Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and North Africa, Asia and Europe, that settlement completes within hours including weekends, and that its standard fee is about 0.5% per transaction. Services include global B2B collections, global payouts, multi-currency fiat accounts, virtual IBANs and treasury management, accessed through a central dashboard or API. Its Australian entity, Damisa Technologies Pty Ltd (ACN 682 846 966), is based in Surry Hills, Sydney, and the site states that it is registered on AUSTRAC's virtual asset service provider and independent remittance dealer registers; this disclosure does not mention an AFS licence, while the ASIC dataset lists an AFS licence (700030) in the company's name. The group's Canadian entity is registered with FINTRAC as a money services business, and the Polish entity's former virtual currency registration does not amount to authorisation under MiCA.
