Investment services are provided by Ediphy Markets Ltd (FRN 823631), based in London (88 Wood Street), which the site describes as a MiFID investment firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA); according to Companies House the company was incorporated in December 2017, and the group's parent is Ediphy Group Ltd. The site says it serves institutional clients only (asset managers, banks, trading venues and regulated data services). The fairEx execution layer routes orders by rules across multiple venues via a Web API and blotter in government bonds, investment-grade and high-yield corporate bonds, interest rate swaps and inflation products; clients can choose a matched principal or disclosed agent model for each order. The group also offers pricing, liquidity scores, transaction cost analysis, consolidated tape infrastructure and regulatory advisory, and says that fairCT, which ESMA selected as the EU bond consolidated tape provider, is sponsored by Ediphy.
