According to its official website, EMS Brokers is a forex and CFD broker serving individual and corporate clients. The site is operated by Fxnet Ltd, incorporated in Cyprus in January 2012 (registration no 300624), based in Limassol (Harmony House, 4 Theklas Lysioti) and, according to the site, authorised and regulated by CySEC under licence 182/12. The company says it serves many countries of the European Economic Area under passporting rights of its CySEC licence, but not Belgium. Clients can trade more than 45 currency pairs and CFDs on metals, commodities, shares, indices and cryptocurrencies via MetaTrader 5 (including the web version). Minimum deposits for the EMS Basic, EMS Trader, EMS Gold and EMS Premium RAW accounts are EUR 200, 2,000, 10,000 and 50,000; commission applies only to the RAW account.
