The complaint distribution is based on the 1-star reviews on Excel Currencies' Trustpilot page (3) as of 8 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the Excel Currencies name are left out. Across the complaints, an unreachable account manager, a payment sent to the wrong account and exchange rates seen as worse than competitors' stand out.
