The complaint distribution is based on the 1-star reviews on eXcentral's Trustpilot page (9) as of 9 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the eXcentral name are left out. Across the complaints, withdrawal and refund requests that were not completed, and an account manager pressing the client to deposit more stand out.
