According to its official website, FXGlobe is the brand of FXGlobe Limited, incorporated under Cypriot law with registration number HE 254133 and registered in Limassol; the company started operating in 2013 when it received Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) licence 205/13 from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). The site says it is authorised for reception and transmission of orders and execution of orders on behalf of clients with related ancillary services, and that it serves only residents of the EU/EEA and of Switzerland, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates as approved by CySEC; clients residing in Spain are currently not accepted. Clients can trade CFDs on forex, indices, metals, shares, futures and commodities in a no-dealing-desk (NDD) ECN environment on MetaTrader 4 and WebTrader. Account types are Pathfinder (minimum EUR 500, no commission), Navigator (EUR 5,000) and Infinity (EUR 50,000, USD 7 commission per lot). Leverage goes up to 1:200 for professional clients; the stop-out level is 50% for retail and 25% for professional clients. Client funds are said to be held in European banks, segregated from the company's own funds.
