The site states that the company is an Authorised Payment Institution authorised by the FCA (FRN 810034), that it is also licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and has an office in Lagos; group companies include Glo Currency CA Limited, registered with FINTRAC in Canada as a money services business, and Global Currency Travel and Tours GmbH, incorporated in Switzerland.
