According to its official website, iiPay is a payroll technology company that provides global payroll services to multinational companies and was acquired by the corporate services group Vistra in May 2025; the site states that the service is now delivered as Vistra Global Payroll on the iiPay technology platform. It states that it runs payroll in more than 170 countries, delivers over 11 million payslips a year, employs more than 1,500 in-house payroll professionals and makes payroll payments in more than 100 currencies. Services include the Global Control Centre, which tracks the payroll process in every country from one place, integrations, analytics and compliance, multi-currency payroll payments and statutory remittances to tax authorities, pension funds and third parties, contractor and Employer of Record (EoR) solutions and HR advisory. The company states that Integrated International Payroll Limited is authorised by the FCA under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 for the provision of payment services (reference 947527).
