In the United Kingdom its services are provided through Ikano Bank AB (publ) UK branch (BR016253), registered in Nottingham. The site says it offers retail customers fixed-rate savings accounts with terms of 1–5 years (from 1,000 GBP), the IKEA Family credit card and an interest-free loan for IKEA purchases, and that older personal and retail loans are still managed through its Help Centre; accounts can be managed online, via the mobile app and by phone.
