The site is operated by different entities by region: in Australia, Sydney-based INGOT AU Pty Ltd holds an AFS licence from ASIC (AFSL 428015); international clients are served by INGOT SC Ltd, which states it holds a Securities Dealer licence (SD117) from the Seychelles FSA, Kenya by INGOT KE Ltd, which states it holds a forex broker licence (173) from the CMA, and Europe by CySEC-licensed (462/25) INGOT Brokers Europe Ltd.
