According to its official website, ISX Financial is an e-money group providing banking technology and payment services to businesses. Services include ISXMoney multi-currency corporate e-money accounts, ISXPay online payment solutions (PaidBy open banking payments, SEPA direct debit and card acquiring), SEPA Instant and UK Faster Payments (FPS) transfers, global mass payouts, a personal digital wallet with card issuing, identity verification and Probanx core banking software. The site says ISX Financial UK Ltd, trading as ISX Financial, ISXPay, ISXMoney, PaidBy and flykk, is an FCA-authorised e-money institution (FRN 901034) and a wholly owned subsidiary operated independently of its parent. The parent company Xryma Plc (formerly ISX Financial EU Plc) is an EEA e-money institution authorised by the Central Bank of Cyprus (115.1.3.17); the group also includes Probanx companies in Cyprus and Lithuania. According to Companies House the UK company was incorporated in 2016 as iSignthis UK Ltd. This information is the company's own statement.
