The complaint distribution is based on the 1-star reviews on Jingle Pay's Trustpilot page (1) records as of 15 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the Jingle Pay name are left out. Across the complaints, a card top-up that was charged but never credited to the wallet and unanswered support requests stand out.
