According to its legal information page, Lumon Pay Ltd at 20 Farringdon Road, London is authorised by the FCA as an electronic money institution (FRN 902022); Lumon Risk Management Ltd at the same address (company no 06333730) holds FCA authorisations as an Authorised Payment Institution (FRN 567835) and as an investment firm (FRN 671108); Lumon FX Europe Limited is an electronic money institution regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and operates a branch in Portugal. Non-MiFID payment services in the US are provided by Visa Global Services Inc. Individual customers are offered international transfers at bank-beating rates with no transfer fees and currency exchange especially for buying or selling property in Spain, France, Portugal, Turkey and other countries; on the corporate side more than 2,500 businesses are offered FX payments, currency hedging strategies and a dedicated dealer.
