According to its official website, MAS Markets is the trading name of Multi Asset Solutions Limited, a London-based multi-asset liquidity and technology provider that says it serves institutional clients in more than 35 countries from its London headquarters and regional hubs in Luxembourg, Lithuania and Australia. The company is registered in England and Wales (company no 12590608) and, according to the site, is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under FRN 926482; according to Companies House it was incorporated in 2020 as BidX Markets Limited and took its current name in 2024. The site says it was founded by Simon Blackledge, Rob Brown and Lina Litvinovaite and that the group has acquired a strategic stake in the liquidity provider Solid.
