According to its official website, MillTech is a platform that automates FX hedging and cash investment for investment managers, corporate treasurers and asset owners. The site says MillTech was founded in 2019, born out of Millennium Global Investments, which it describes as one of the founding firms in currency overlay and active since 1994, and that it is the execution and technology arm of the Millennium Global group. MillTech is the trading name of Millennium Global Treasury Services Limited (MGTS), MillTechFX Americas Inc (MTA), Millennium Global Investments Limited (MGIL) and Millennium Global (Switzerland) GmbH. The site says MGTS (FRN 911636) and MGIL (FRN 171039) are authorised and regulated by the FCA with their registered address in London (88 Wood Street), and that MTA is registered with the US National Futures Association as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) and Introducing Broker (IB). The platform offers multi-bank ISDA set-up and agency FX execution, a cash management marketplace of money market funds (added in 2025), risk advisory (Co-Pilot), trade workflow automation and independent transaction cost analysis (TCA) via BestX. The site says it serves more than 250 client entities, with annual trading volume above 500 billion USD and more than 15 liquidity providers, and that it charges a fixed fee for FX and nothing to clients for money market funds.
