The complaint distribution is based on the 1-star reviews on the Moneff (3) and Safenetpay (1) Trustpilot pages as of 8 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the Moneff name are left out. Across the complaints, drawn-out or rejected account applications and allegations that funds were held in closed or restricted accounts stand out.
