According to the site footer, Paysafe Payment Solutions Limited, trading as Neteller and Rapid Transfer, is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland; Net+ cards are issued by that company as an affiliate member of Paysafe Financial Services Limited, and Neteller is a registered trademark of Skrill Limited. The UK entity is Paysafe Financial Services Limited; the FCA register lists it as an authorised electronic money institution with the trading names "NETELLER Digital Wallet" and "NET+ Prepaid Card", and its former name is Neteller (UK) Ltd. According to Companies House, the company was incorporated in 2002. The site also states that Paysafe Financial Services Limited is registered in Canada with FINTRAC and Revenu Québec as a money services business. This information is the company's own statement.
