According to its official website, NewDay is a London-based British consumer credit company whose purpose is to help people move forward with credit, serving around 4 million customers. It offers instalment finance, buy now pay later (BNPL), 0% finance and carded and digital revolving credit. Its own brands are the credit-builder Aqua, the cardless digital credit product Bip and the checkout credit Newpay; partner brands include the John Lewis & Partners credit card, AO and Argos. It also offers its cloud-based NewDay Platform to banks and retailers. The site says NewDay Ltd and NewDay Cards Ltd are authorised and regulated by the FCA (FRN 690292 and 682417), and that NewDay Ltd is also authorised under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 for the provision of payment services (FRN 555318).
