According to its official websites, OEXN works through two main companies: OEXN Limited, which serves clients in Europe through oexn.com, is registered in Cyprus and is an investment firm authorised and regulated by CySEC (423/22); its business address is in Nicosia, and payments on the international site are also processed through this company. The international oexn.global site says the services are provided by OEXN Broker Ltd in Port Louis and that this company is regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius under an investment dealer licence (GB21026677). The site also names OEXN Stream Limited, incorporated in Saint Lucia. No reliable founding year is given on the site. The international site offers Standard, Pro, VIP Raw and cent accounts; MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, the OmniTrader multi-asset platform, WebTrader and copy-trading services; and forex, index, energy, metal, share CFD, commodity, option, ETF and futures products. The minimum deposit is 5 USD on the Standard account, 500 USD on the Pro account and 2,000 USD on the VIP Raw account; leverage is up to 1:500 on most products. On the EU site the minimum deposit for the Starter account is shown as 250 USD/EUR. Persons in the US, Russia, Syria, Iraq and North Korea are not served.
