According to the licences page, Photon Dance Fintech UK Limited is authorised by the FCA as an Authorised Payment Institution (FRN 801082), with its address at 36 Gerrard Street, London; the group holds a C&ED money service operator licence and an SFC licence in Hong Kong, a DFSA licence in Dubai and a KNF registration in Poland, is registered with FINTRAC in Canada and FinCEN in the United States, and says it holds money transmitter licences in many US states. The site stresses that the FCA authorisation covers only this company's payment services in the United Kingdom. This information is the company's own statement.
