The European site prcmarkets.com and prcbroker.com are operated by Performance Ronnaru Company Ltd in Nicosia (licence 253/14, HE317107), which the site says is licensed and regulated by CySEC; the site states that this entity offers its services only to institutional clients meeting its acceptance criteria and does not accept retail investors as clients. The global PRC site linked from it (prc-brokers.com) states that the group's Vanuatu entity Performance Ronnaru Capital Ltd is authorised by the VFSC (14788). Account types are presented as Premium and VIP, and trading takes place on the PRC MT4 platform (desktop and mobile). The product range consists of 28 currency pairs, precious metals such as gold and silver, and crude oil; the site says positions may be closed when the margin level falls to 70%.
