According to its official website, PSG is an advice-led financial services group operating in South Africa and Namibia; it says it has three specialist divisions (PSG Wealth, PSG Asset Management and PSG Insure) and about 1,000 qualified advisers in 270 offices across South Africa. The group offers individuals and businesses wealth management, financial planning, retirement and estate planning, unit trusts, employee benefits consulting and personal, commercial and specialist insurance solutions. On the stockbroking side, clients can build their own portfolio of JSE-listed shares through the online platform with support from a trader on the dealing desk, or have a PSG Wealth portfolio manager run a Managed Portfolio; ETFs and ETNs, currency futures, a share-backed loan facility (PSG Scriptfin) and CFDs are also offered. The site states that CFDs are traded as over-the-counter contracts between the client and PSG Securities Ltd as the stockbroker. The menu also includes the PSG Online investment platform.
