According to its official website, Quantfury was founded in 2017 by Lev Mazur, launched in 2018 and is a broker based in Nassau (Bahamas); it also has an office in London. The contracting party for international clients is Quantfury Trading Americas Limited, which it says is authorised and regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB) (SIA-F204); the same company is also registered with the SCB as a digital asset business (DARE-DAB-027). The group includes FCA-registered Quantfury Trading UK Limited (FRN 577611, formerly Equitrade Capital Limited) and Quantfury Trading USA LLC, registered with the SEC and FINRA in the US; the quantfury.co.uk site announces that its UK service will start in 2026. In Colombia it has a representative office that may only promote its services. According to the client agreement, the services are not directed at residents of the US, Canada, the Bahamas and the British Virgin Islands. Quantfury says it offers commission-free trading without borrowing fees in more than 2,000 assets, including shares, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, currency pairs, commodity futures and index futures, on its own web platform and iOS/Android apps, and that it earns the bid-ask spread by matching client orders with each other. The minimum deposit is 50 USD equivalent, which gives 1,000 USD of Trading Power; at every tier, Trading Power is 20 times the amount deposited. This information is the company's own statement.
