According to its official website, Queen Street Finance is a London-based brokerage firm offering execution, investment and custody services to professional clients only. The site says the company was founded in 2015 by its current director, when the London entity of a former Korean employer, Woori Investment and Securities, was repurposed; according to Companies House, Queen Street Finance Ltd was incorporated in 1991 and was named Woori Investment & Securities International Ltd from 2005 to 2015. The company is authorised and regulated by the FCA (FRN 149145); its office is in London (Five Kings House, 1 Queen Street Place) and its back office is in Lincolnshire. Through partner brokers it offers execution in equities, fixed income, futures (indices, stocks and commodities), leveraged and unleveraged forex and structured products; custody of assets; on-platform trading in stocks, futures, options and forex through partners' desktop terminals and smartphone apps; and access to cross-border payment solutions in over 100 currencies.
