Its UK base is in Rickmansworth; the site reports more than 130,000 savings customers. The bank offers online savings accounts: the Freedom Savings easy access account (minimum initial deposit 100 GBP), 14 and 95 day notice accounts, fixed-term accounts of 1 to 5 years (from 1,000 GBP) and a 2 year fixed-term Cash ISA. Accounts are managed through the website and the mobile app, with phone support seven days a week; the site says deposits are protected by the FSCS up to 120,000 GBP.
