Its OnerWay service lets Chinese cross-border sellers collect their income from overseas marketplaces such as Amazon and transfer it to bank accounts worldwide; its PacyPay service offers international online card acquiring for Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express, and it says it is PCI-DSS certified. According to the site footer, Ronghan International Limited is registered in England under number 09534814 and regulated by the FCA as an Electronic Money Institution (FRN 937049); client funds are held in safeguarding accounts. The compliance page also lists a money services business (MSB) registration with FinCEN in the United States and a money service operator (MSO) registration with Hong Kong Customs.
