According to its official websites, RynInvest is a trading app owned and operated by Rynat Trading Limited, a Cyprus Investment Firm based in Limassol. The company states that Rynat Trading Limited is registered under number HE344135 and is authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under CIF licence 303/16, and that it can serve clients throughout the EU under MiFID II. Through the RynInvest app clients can trade CFDs on forex, precious metals, cryptocurrencies, energy, indices and shares; accounts are opened in USD, the first deposit starts from 50 USD and no deposit fees are charged. The site lists one-click execution, spreads often below 1 pip, negative balance protection, segregated client funds and the RynInvest Forum social trading network as features. The company states that RynInvest Speed is operated by its subsidiary Rynat Capital (Pty) Ltd, authorised by South Africa's FSCA (FSP 23497); the XTrend domains of the CySEC entity now point to RynInvest.
