According to its official website, Stake is a digital real estate investment platform that lets investors take shares in selected residential and commercial properties to earn rental income and capital appreciation. The site says shares in Dubai properties can be bought from 500 AED, rental income is distributed regularly, and shares can be sold within the community at maturity or in exit windows that open twice a year; auto-investing, a rewards programme and Golden Visa guidance are among its services. According to the site, Dubai property investments are offered by Stake Properties Limited, registered in the DIFC and regulated by the DFSA, which holds a DFSA Islamic window endorsement, while fund investments in Saudi Arabia are offered through Stake Financial Technology Company, which says it operates under the FinTech Lab of the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA). The complaint distribution is based on the 1-star reviews on Stake's Trustpilot page (30) as of 15 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the Stake name are left out. Across the complaints, exits and share sales possible only at a discount, lock-in periods and delayed payouts, and allegations that properties are sold at inflated prices stand out.
