According to its official website, Stryde is a DFSA-regulated investment platform that gives its members access to investments in sports and entertainment assets. The site says members can acquire direct, deal-by-deal stakes in sports teams, leagues, gaming and entertainment assets alongside institutional co-investors, and that peer-to-peer secondary transactions take place on the platform; membership is by invitation, costs USD 5,000 per year and includes benefits such as investment fee credits and access to sports and entertainment events. According to its terms of use, membership applications are subject to the company's approval and members are classified as retail or professional clients under the DFSA rules. Accounts from Stryde71, created after the acquisition of the Abu Dhabi-based angel investor network Qora71 in June 2025, have also been migrated to Stryde. Stryde Ventures Limited, which operates the site, is a DIFC company authorised by the DFSA under reference F008680 for operating an investment crowdfunding platform; its DFSA register entry carries endorsements to serve retail clients and hold client assets.
