However, according to the site's risk disclosure, TD Markets (Pty) Ltd only provides marketing and intermediary services for the products and services of TDM Holdings LLC, provides technical support and acts as a collection agent for this foreign liquidity provider; all accounts, trades and transactions are entered into with TDM Holdings LLC, incorporated in St Vincent and the Grenadines, as principal counterparty, and the website is operated by that company. The site states no regulatory licence for TDM Holdings LLC.
