As of 8 October 2026 the domain assets-fund.com returns no DNS or WHOIS record; there is no readable copy with platform content on the Internet Archive, so the platform's site could not be accessed. The company name, address, founding year, account terms and any licence claim could therefore not be verified. The name does not appear in the SPK list of licensed brokerage firms, and the domain does not appear in the access-block lists of the 2024–2026 SPK bulletins.

Across the complaints, allegations that withdrawals of profits and principal were refused, that new deposits were demanded before withdrawal, and that trades opened by advisers caused losses stand out.
