According to its official website, Trustie is an AI-powered money mentor app for young adults aged 18–30 in the United Kingdom. The app connects read-only to the user's existing bank accounts through Open Banking, shows how much is safe to spend after bills and upcoming payments, sorts spending into categories and gives personalised guidance through a chat-based money mentor. The app is free during early access and is currently available only on iOS via a waitlist. The company is Trustie Technology Limited, registered in Omagh, Northern Ireland. The site states that Trustie is not a bank, does not hold customer money and does not provide any account, wallet or balance, and that account information and payment initiation services are provided through the FCA-authorised Salt Edge Limited, for which Trustie acts as a registered agent. The FCA register, however, lists Trustie Technology Limited as an authorised electronic money institution since December 2025; the site does not mention this authorisation.
