According to its official website, TSB is a UK retail bank with a heritage going back to the start of the savings bank movement about 200 years ago, offering full-service banking to more than five million customers; its registered office is in Edinburgh. The site says TSB joined the Santander group on 30 April 2026 and that its business will later be transferred to Santander, subject to legal and regulatory approvals. The bank offers individuals current accounts, savings accounts and ISAs, children's savings accounts, investing through Wealthify, mortgages, personal loans, credit cards and home and life insurance, and offers businesses accounts, savings, loans, commercial mortgages and payment services. According to the Bank of England list and the FCA register, TSB Bank plc is authorised by the PRA to accept deposits and is regulated by the FCA and the PRA.
