According to its official website, UBS AG London Branch is the London branch, registered in England and Wales under number BR004507, of UBS AG, incorporated in Switzerland with registered offices in Basel and Zurich; UBS AG is authorised and regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). The site says UBS has more than 160 years of experience and established its UK wealth management presence in 1999; today more than 120 advisors serve over 15,000 clients.
