According to its official website, Veles International is Veles International Limited, a Cyprus investment firm established in September 2005 and supervised by CySEC since 20 September 2006 under authorisation number CIF075/06. The site states that the company provides the investment services of reception, transmission and execution of orders, together with safekeeping of financial instruments, granting credit to clients and foreign exchange services connected to investment services, and offers brokerage and custody on Russian and global exchanges to individuals, legal entities and financial institutions. It says client securities have been held in a direct account with Euroclear Bank since 2016, the company has been an AFME member since 2021 and became a direct participant of Astana International Exchange (AIX) in 2023. Services are provided only from its head office in Nicosia; outside the EU it serves clients in Switzerland, Seychelles, the BVI, the Cayman Islands, Belize, the Marshall Islands, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Bahamas.
