According to its official website, VIP360 is a payments platform that gives businesses, through a single relationship, merchant accounts and card acquiring, a payment gateway, multi-currency business accounts and virtual IBANs, international payments to more than 170 countries over SWIFT, SEPA and local rails, currency exchange, payouts, debit and expense cards and chargeback management. It serves e-commerce, marketplaces, subscription businesses, travel, car dealers, consultancies, international firms, newly formed companies, family offices and property businesses. The site says VIP360 is a trading name of VIP Tech360 Ltd, registered in Cyprus, and that regulated services are provided by group companies: Remittance360 Ltd, an FCA-authorised Electronic Money Institution (FRN 901072), for accounts and safeguarding; VIP Payments Ltd, an FCA-registered Small Payment Institution (FRN 750503), for payment execution; and MDRN FX Services Limited, an FCA-authorised Payment Institution (FRN 540997, Alpha Transfers), for remittance. The group also includes VIP360 Ltd, registered in Anjouan, and General Payments Gate Ltd, registered with FINTRAC in Canada. The service is aimed at business clients.
