The client agreement on weltrade.com is with Weltrade Ltd, incorporated in Saint Lucia on 27 February 2023 under number 2023-00055 and registered in Gros-Islet (formerly Systemgates LTD); the site does not state any regulatory licence for this company, so the company serving international clients is unlicensed. Group company Weltrade SA (PTY) Ltd is licensed by South Africa's Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) for intermediary services in derivative instruments (FSP 50691); its South African client agreement says it is not a CFD provider and only refers clients to Weltrade Ltd.
