According to its official website, Westpac London Branch is the London branch of Australia's Westpac Banking Corporation; the site says its London representative office first opened in 1853 and is the oldest surviving foreign bank in the UK. In London, Westpac operates as the Westpac Institutional Bank division through Westpac Banking Corporation London Branch, serving commercial, corporate, institutional and public sector customers with connections to Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and the US.
