According to its official website, Wonderful is an open banking payment service that lets UK businesses and charities accept instant 'Pay by Bank' payments online, in person and by link, without cards, terminals or percentage fees; payments are confirmed in real time and settle directly into the business's account. The site states that Wonderful Payments Ltd is authorised by the FCA under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 for the provision of payment services (FRN 964289); its registered office is 41 Luke Street, London. Payments can be taken through payment links, QR codes, the Wonderful Tap device (public beta), the One merchant app, checkout, invoices, WooCommerce and Xero integrations and an API; simple monthly plans, no long contracts and no percentage charges are highlighted. Asima is a trading name and the enterprise open banking division of Wonderful, while Wonderful.org is a separate non-profit company running a free fundraising platform for charities.
