- Information and documents you voluntarily send us through the complaint form,
- An encrypted IP hash and the time of submission, for security purposes,
- Server access logs (IP address, browser information, page visited); these logs are deleted automatically after 14 days,
- If you consent, usage statistics collected through cookies.
How we use information
- To review complaints, share them with the institution concerned and contact you,
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse,
- To improve the site (only with your consent).
We do not sell your information. Your complaint is published only if you give permission; even then your email address, phone number and personal data in documents are not published, and your name appears only with the initial of your last name.
Hosting and security
Site traffic is encrypted with SSL (https). The site's server is hosted in a data centre in France and traffic is routed through Cloudflare's infrastructure. Uploaded documents are stored in a non-public area and can only be viewed by authorised persons.
